I Make Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the fun side of fitness!!I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years  and have experience in taking small group classes, have worked in a small ladies gym, have trained clients from my studio and achieved some great results!! I am a busy mum, young grandmother and entrepeuner and i know about prioritising our lives.Together we can make some time to improve your fitness and health. You will soon notice a difference in how you look and I can almost guarantee you will feel better. 😊

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Or are you a busy mum with kids and have no time for gyms or you don't like regular gyms!! Well i offer you something different: a personal training studio thats affordable,fun and quick.  Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. We will use a variety of equipment free weights and a unique Total Gym/Pilates machine which will keep training fun and challenging.I cater for people of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels and especially cater to any limitations from past injuries. In short i focus on "what we can do with our body"rather than what we can't do.

I offer Private personal training sessions and you can choose 30 or 45 minute sessions. Whether you’re training to lose weight, want to gain muscle, improve fitness or just keep active, our program will help you do that. It's never a competition at my Fitness studio... we are all about working on improving your own health.

My fitness training has a high focus on Core Training. The unique program I’ve developed using the Total Gym/Pilates  machine and various other equipment, will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.
